Well, obviously, the answer depends on how fast you're going. If you aren't even moving and you still somehow manage to fall off your bike, then 1) you need to be more careful and 2) you probably won't get much more than a scrape or a bruise. If you're zipping along at high speeds, though, then depending on your angle of impact (and luck) you could escape with some bad scrapes and cuts or even break your arm. I hit a tree root at 25 mph on my bike; my subsequent journey across the asphalt cut my elbow to the bone, gashed my knee and hip, gave me some nice bruises, and bent my bike's handlebars.
