you are supposed to be over 18 for an eBay account. many of my friends have made them when they were under 18 and they had no problems. they just lied about their age while signing up. i don't think that it would be a problem at all unless you get into legal trouble somehow on ebay and they need a scan of your drivers license or something proving who you are then you'd be pretty screwed.
