Insecticides vary in strength, and the amount inhaled, ingested, or absorbed through the skin is the most important factor. The ingredients that kill bugs can be toxic, but so can the propellants and solvents in the spray, especially to the eyes and nose.
* Quickly clean your dog's eyes, nose, mouth, and coat of any residual spray (use mild soap on his fur).
* If the dog exhibits any unusual behavior or condition, consult a veterinarian as soon as possible.
Possible side effects can be eye damage, burning sensations, skin irritation, vomiting, coughing, sensitivity to light or sound, and loss of appetite. Prompt treatment can prevent serious illness.
The insecticide has a long life and is no doubt still active. However, the insecticide and its dosage are selected so as to not be harmful to humans and animals. I wouldn't worry about it at all unless the dog began displaying neurological poisoning symptoms, and that's an extremely remote chance.
no he didn't. they just sprayed something green on him.
Cleaning old dog urine stain with vinegar and baking soda will dog urinate that area again?
It dies
the dog would throw up!!
yes but you can fix it by killing the dog
The dog would find a nice home and be loved.
Nothing should happen unless the dog bites you severely
You would act like a dog and people would think you were a dog and adopt you...
Unless your dog has an allergy specific to that (which I've never heard of), it's extremely unlikely. Your dog will stink something FEROCIOUS, however.. speaking from firsthand experience here. Not only was my dog sprayed, but so was I.
I Would see a vet about it but most likely no because skunk spray is not toxic
It would bite you
