It could possibly die, animals must be able to adapt to the habitat in which they live in. If the do not adapt, the could die.

Well for starters, there really aren't any bears that live in the same habitat as cobras. Second, the cobra would have to be dead otherwise the bear would be bitten and die. The bear still might or might not eat it.
