Being transgender isn't something someone wants, it is something you are - just like being cisgender. Your body is that of your sex or gender, you don't have to go through hormone treatment or surgery when you are transgender - transgender means your gender is not that which was assigned at birth.

Typically a trans (short for transgender) is born this way, and they prefer to be refered to as the gender they want to be, not the one they are born. It is considered one of the most painful things for one to have to live with, for they constantly feel trapped inside a body with no exit. It feels like getting stuck in a very small hole with no elbow room, and no way to get out for your entire life. And society will laugh at you for being in this hole. They will look at you, and they will prevent you from coming out as you scratch the walls screaming for freedom that you can't get to. But I hope that answers your question.

Humans would not be able too breath and probably die The human body essentially relies on oxygen to keep its muscles functioning, if there was no oxygen then humans would first use the oxygen it already had in the bloodstream. The body would then turn to anerobic respiration to keep the body functioning. After that the body would probably fall into a coma and die from oxygen deprivation
