Think of your country as a family. Hopefully you have a family of your own or at least know some families to observe that each member of a family has their own responsibilities, goals, and desires but that it's important to also care about and do your part to meet the needs of the family unit. Not everyone in every family does their part, but there has to be some members that do care and do their part or the family eventually drifts apart.
Patriotism is caring about your country as your larger family. You may not love everyone in it or everything that goes on with it, but as a unit, your family is your strength when facing the world at large and all of the pitfalls and all of the people in it that have no interest is what happens to you. It takes the positive efforts of enough of it's members to keep it functioning. Without patriotism, the unit disassembles.

Judaism is a religion, a set of concepts, laws, and behaviors. It doesn't "look" like anything as it is non-physical.It would be as absurd as asking "What does patriotism look like?" or "What does smelly look like?"
Citizenship is a legal status granted by a government that entitles an individual to certain rights and protections. Patriotism, on the other hand, is a sense of pride, loyalty, and devotion to one's country. Citizenship can foster or enhance patriotism because it involves a commitment to upholding the values and principles of the country to which one belongs.
Citizenship is basically a mutual trust between the government of a country and its inhabitant. Patriotism is the love for one's country/nation, and the willingness to fight for it. Patriotism is an ingredient in citizenship, without patriotism, the government does not know how loyal you are, how willing you are to support it, and to fight for it. On another hand, you may be a citizen of a country but at the same time, the patriot of another. Hope this helped.
