Sounds like an ignition module....
Fuel Pressure Regulator is located on the fuel rail.
Remove the fuel rail

does it crank? assuming you already narrowed it down to a fuel system issue have you thought about it being the fuel pressure regulator?
on the drivers side of the fuel rail part of the intake manifold, it has a vacuum line connected to the top of it.
The fuel pressure regulator is bad, one or more fuel injectors is leaking or the check valve in the fuel pump is faulty.
