What would make a 93 ford probe gt not start an it has spark compression an its getting fuel but still it don't start?

Number of possibilities... incorrect timing, bad distributor, fuel/air mixture too lean or too rich... really need more in-depth diagnosis to narrow it down. I'd recommend looking at the troubleshooting section of the Haynes or Chilton manuals.

You need four things to start a car compression/ spark/ air/ and fuel/ if these components are present check your starter, dead battery, and all your connections. Good luck
