If the roaring sound Changes with speed it could be a bad wheel bearing. If the noises changes with braking check the pads.

Worn right front wheel bearing.
What is bussin? Bushings? If so, which bushings? Upper Control Arm (A-arm) Bushings? Sway bar bushings -- front or rear? Ya lost me bud, try to be a little more specific and maybe use a spell checker.
The 1997 Chevrolet blazer modulator valve is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The valve will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
The 2000 Chevrolet Blazer passenger side kick panel is held in place by eight retaining bolts. Remove the retaining bolts and the kick panel will come free.
It could also be the vacuum solenoid valve located on the firewall above the distributor.
