I own a 2003 Tiburon and when i purchased it the previous owner told me that the passenger side wheel hub was gone.Does it get either louder or quieter when you turn a sharp corner? If so that is what i would say it was depending on if it's in the front or back.A friend of mine and i did it in about 4 hrs. I live in Canada and the cheapest i could get for just one( and i suggest that if it is indeed the wheel hub to change both of them) was 199.99 for non ABS. I ordered them off of eBay and bought two of them, brand new and it cost me 116.00 US. for the two of themm plus twenty something for S/handling.It was worth every penny.I hope you find this helpful
There are many ways for a Hyundai tiburon's air conditioner to mulfunction.
If it is a 2000-01 tiburon they have a sealed transmission so you would not have to worry about checking it.
check a/c compressor and belt.
When refilling the oil some may have dripped onto the belt which would cause it to start slipping badly and squealing loudly.
It sounds like the fan-belt is slipping.
The Hyundai beta motor has not seen much change in 13 or so years it has been around the starters should be interchangeable.

Water in the drums or on the pads.
If that's the extent of the complaint, check the serpentine belt and tensioner.
There are marks on the frame for this. Either behind the front wheels, or in front of the rear wheels.
