A:There has never been any proof of any gods. That this applies equally to the Christian God as to the Sumerian gods is highlighted by John Dominic Crossan (The Birth of Christianity) who says that each believer has a connection with his or her god, whoever that god is.
Yes they would be false gods to Christians. As would the Christian god be a false god to those that believed in the Greek gods.

In the old testament the mark of Gods people was circumcision. Under God's new covenant there is no physical mark. The mark of God on believers in Christ Jesus is the circumcision of the soul which is the cutting away of sin. The mark of God on the believer is the turning away from a life obsessed with self to a life following God's ways and in relationship with Him
For the believer: God wants a variety of animals on the earth. Rats are part of the natural food chain. For the nonbeliever: There is no such thing as god, for if god were perfect, he would not need to create the world for he is already satisfied with everything, and would do nothing.

No they aren't. Amon-Ra is 2 gods that came together to make 1, and Ra is a completely different god. Amon-Ra was the sun god, and would defeat the god of darkness, and would make the sun rise each day.
Atheist comes from "theist," a believer in god or gods, and "a-" meaning not. Monotheist, polytheist, and pantheist have the same root. So atheist means one who does not believe in God.
People have so many definitions of God so it is hard to prove that God exists. A religious experience may make a believer of you but it may not "prove" God exists as your experience may not convince a non-believer.
A religious believer might treat animals in a way that they believe their god would. This might include respect or sacrifices.
