Only a doctor can diagnose illness. Overly aggressive people usually have some sort of anxiety going on that they are trying to cover up. A therapist could help the person learn what is really bothering them, and teach them healthier techniques to deal with the anxiety. The alcohol is another problem, and is a disease in itself. Alcoholism is harder to treat than anxiety. AA is one very good organization that has proven results with alcoholism.
