it usually means your blood isn't circulating correctly. this happens with my hands quite often. try flexing and stretching
Its maybe because of an antibiotic you take, or of fever.

For example, if a really rainy day happened, and then the sun came out, you would see steam rising off of the ground. The water is evaporating. So that's what makes you feel cold.
The sense of temperature in your fingers would help you feel that.
Untreated shock would make the skin feel cold and clammy.

That depends on the size of the dog and how much fur it has. A small short-haired dog would probably be uncomfortable in the cold, but as much as a human with no coat. Of course, most animals would be very cold if they did not have enough protection and it was cold enough. A large dog such as a husky that has a lot of fur would probably not feel the cold at all.

It is not normal to feel cold after eating. If you feel cold or chilly after consuming food, you may be suffering from low blood count, low blood pressure or iron deficiency. It would be a good idea to see a doctor for a check up.
If you use tapwater, you may feel cold but if you use a heater, you wont feel cold.
I recommend seeing an orthopaedic Dr. You could have some arthrytis in your bones.
