Well, it depends on where the blood is coming from. If you can see any blood in the urine, you need to see a doctor right away. If you see a little blood on the outside of the stool, the blood is probably from a hemorrhoid. But if you see a lot of blood in the stool, you should also see your doctor right away.
Even though it may not be anything serious, you should probably contact your doctor no matter what. Better safe than sorry.
