What do you have to offer our company?

First who is WE ? You must reveal what kind of company first before this question can be answered .Many people have different skills and ablility that can be a great asset to many employers. One must know what you are looking for first. Because if am a mechanic and you are a collection agency then there would not be much.But if you were a Hospital and I was a RNurse then my skills of occupation would give a more advantage to you and the patients there. So then my abilities of convincing you to hire me would be far greater.When presenting a question you must give a clear veiw to the veiwer looking at the question. So that shows me that my skills of clear understanding and knowlege of communication would be a great help to you. People dont like to be confused they want clear understanding and directions that the right decisions can be made that would benefit both employer and employee.
