Time is plotted on the horizontal axis.
The Earth spins about its axis. That defines the Earth's axis. It is the axis of spin that is tilted. If the Earth were not spinning it would not have an axis.
Almost everything in Biology can be explained or represented on a scale or graph; the graphs use to represent data have two axes. The horizontal axis is called the X axis or the abscissa. The vertical axis is called the Y axis or the ordinate. The values of the independent variable are measured on the X axis and those of the dependent variable are on the Y axis. There are three types of graphs that you can use, two for use when the independent variable is quantitative (numeric form)and one for use when it is qualitative data (written form).
"Horizontal" isn't really the correct "scientific" way to describe it, but the answer is Uranus.

its earths tilt on its axis orbiting the sun
Time is plotted on the horizontal axis.
You could show the y-axis by distance and the x-axis by time.
The y-axis of an ogive is always the cumulative frequencies while the x-axis is the class boundaries.
Normal Axis is the situation of the heart when progress ussualy.
If time is the x-axis as expected then the x-intercept would be zero movement of the velocity.
The horizontal coordinates are plotted on the x axis whereas the vertical coordinates are plotted on the y axis in the form of (x, y)
If its a Cartesian co-ordinate system then the two axis are orthogonal.
Usually the independent variable is plotted on the horizontal, and the dependent is plotted on the vertical. Example if you're graphing distance vs time, then time is the independent variable, because time keeps going independent of how you are moving.
