Use water from the hose , drinking fountain , bottled watter, It doesn't matter. The most important thing is to dilute, flush ( remove ) and get the chemical as close to a neutral pH as possible( if there is any left after flushing ). This can mean the difference between loosing your sight or saving it. You should also see a Doctor Who will be able to tell if any damage has been done

According to painters the best color cloths to fit with blue eyes is orange but I would add black. ( some dark orange goes nicely)
The chemical that usually goes in a pool is chlorine. This is the first chemical as well as the last chemical to enter the water.
They would look blue; the green wouldn't show because the blue goes in very deep and the green would be unnoticeable.

Either something is wrong with your eyes or you were in the sun too long. ANSWER1: most people experience it when they are under the sun too long and when that person goes to somewhere that is not as bright as the outside it would seem to the person that everything would be yellow. ANSWER2: your eyes are absorbing more yellow when light passes your lens from (having more of a chemical that your should have/it may be a condition that has something to do with your eye)
