What would you drink if you where stranded on an island would it be conaminated water or salty ocean explain your answer why?

You wouldn't drink seawater because it would make you more thirsty because of the salt, which will eventually lead to kidney failure, then death.
You wouldn't drink your own urine because your body is getting rid of it, so it wouldn't make any sense to drink something your body doesn't want and/or need.
I would say find some fruit on the island such as coconuts, bananas, or exotic fruits and drink the juice out of them. Surely the island would have at least some fruits to drink juices from. Then you could eat the fruit after you drink the juice.
