Cell structures that are found only in eukaryotic cells are -

  • Nucleus
  • Genetic material
  • Plasma membrane
  • Ribosomes
  • Cytoplasm

Most eukaryotic cells have other membrane bound organelles like mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, golgi bodies, lysosomes and vesicles.

no there are only found in eukaryotic cells

Are onion cells are prokaryotic or eukaryotic?

Onions are in plant kingdom. They have eukaryotic cells.

How many structure do prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell have in common?

Since all prokaryotic cells lack membrane-bound organelles, the only common structures would be the cell membrane and the ribosomes. The ribosomes, however, are different than the ones found in eukaryotic cells.

How do prokrayotic and eukaryotic cell differ?

only eukaryotic cell has organelles

What type of cell is nucleus found in?

A eukaryotic cell is one of two different types of cells. Organisms that are based on the eukaryotic cell are called β€œeukaryotes” and include plants, animals, fungi, and protists. The only organisms that are not based on the eukaryotic cell are organisms based on a prokaryotic cell structure. It is the only cell that contain a nucleus.

Which type of eukaryotic cell has cell wall?

Only plants have a cell wall, which are eukaryotic.

Are microtubules found in eukaryotic cells or prokaryotic cells?

Microtubules are found in Eukarytotic cells. However, some archeabacteria have been found to contain microtubule-like structures but these are not true microtubules.

vesicles are eukaryotic and only found in animal cell

Does algae have an endoplasmic reticulum?

As Endoplasmic Reticulum found in only Eukaryotic cell's; only true algae have it.

Is onion cell a eukaryote or prokaryote?

An onion cell is a plant cell, thereby it is eukaryotic. Prokaryotic cells are only found by bacterias.

What cell structures are found only in plant cell and not in animal cells?

Plants have a cell wall, and chloroplasts.
