I would think that he wants "the best of both worlds", which means he wants an unrealistic situation where the person who he is trying to get intimate with is a virgin, yet will succumb to a request like his at the drop of a hat. He wants to be promiscuous yet wants his partner to be celebate. I would think he was a person with serious DOUBLE STANDARDS.
Unless you mean by "Tells you to Do You" that he wants you to masturbate, in which case, that's being rude, a little too bold, and disrespectful. After all, he's NOT your boyfriend, & he shouldn't be talking to you in this manner in the first place, meanwhile, his being mad at all shows him to be judgemental, & controlling. I would think that he would be someone to avoid, if possible, and certainly would not enter into any relationship with them. Either way, I really would think that this person was disrespectful, rude, had a low value of you, and was self centered.
