it was an 84 chevy camaro z28, and it had a custom targa top conversion done by steas it had the l69, (5.0l 305) and an automatic transmission, the whereabouts of the car today are unknown, there was only one as it was never crashed during filming, however there were 97 targa top camaros made, they are rare and expensive to find
