England never "decided" any such thing. At least two kinds of Celtic were spoken in ancient Britain; Latin was spoken by the Roman conquerors, but not so much by the people. Later some British chieftains invited the Germanic-speaking Anglo-Saxons over to help settle the political chaos left from the Roman withdrawal, and soon these Germans had more or less taken over. Their Anglo-Saxon speech was heavily influence by Norse invaders, and then by Norman French, which became the language of the Court after the Conquest of 1066.

Only with the parents permission. At age 12 you are not allowed to decide for yourself.
Their history and politics actually didn't change much from the year before, 2008! ;)
It depends. The leaves in northern new England Maine Vermont and new Hampshire change earlier than southern new England Massachusetts Connecticut and Rhode Island. In northern new England the leaves change between late September- early October. In southern new England leaves change between early October- early November it changes every year this is my closest guess
did you know....the queen of England has been 16 year old...she was a party animal!!!
Old English ended around the year 1150, transitioning into Middle English. This change was primarily influenced by the Norman Conquest of England in 1066 and the subsequent integration of Norman French language and culture.
