The Hebrews never left. They are still here today, and they are now called "Jews". Most were expelled from Israel in the year 70, but in 1948 they re-established the state of Israel.
The Israelites were promised the land of Canaan by G-d - and that has always been their homeland. After 400 years in exile in Egypt and then 40 year wandering in the desert they conquered the land of Canaan and renamed it the Land of Israel.

Originally, over 35,000 years ago. It was discovered by the Dutch explorer Abel Tasman, who the island is named after, in November 1642. The first European settlement was by the British in 1803.
The Canaan Dog is not the best breed of dog to own if you are allergic to dogs as there are better breeds to choose from. The Canaan Dog sheds heavily seasonally and sheds moderately throughout the rest of the year.
None of these. The home of the Hebrews was Israel. After the year 70 CE, when they were kicked out of Israel, The Romans renamed it "Palestine" (but the home of the Hebrews was never called Palestine).

According to traditional chronology, the Israelites entered the land under Joshua's leadership in 1272 BCE. Following that date, there were seven years of conquest (1272-1265 BCE) and seven years of settling the land (!265-1258 BCE).
