when did the zepplilen take place
Under normal circumstances a twenty year old doesn't need emancipation. You just walk out the door, get a job and rent a place. If there are special reasons for a twenty year old to still be dependent on parental care, then emancipation may not be wise.
Georgia does not currently have an emancipation statute.
Who ever said 1865 did not take history it was definitely sometime in January in 1863
Doubtful. If the state even has an emancipation statute, one of the key items that must be shown is that the minor is able to take care of themselves. Without income and a place to live that is pretty hard to do. Check the statutes for your state to see if there is an emancipation law, and what the requirements are if one exists.
There is no emancipation statute in Ohio.
