In 1995 most switched from R12 to R134a.
1994
It switched with the 1994 model year.
Freon is a brand name of refrigerant. Your Toyota takes R134a refrigerant.
That is the year they switch from R12 so some may and some may not. It will tell on the sticker on the car.
Chevy switched from R12 to R134a for the model year 1994. Your truck should be R134a.
All cars manufactured after 1993 were required to use R134a refrigerant.
It depends on the year and witch type of freon you have but on a 2003 model it will take 1.6 pounds of R134a freon................
1993 in the US
1995
when did the zepplilen take place
Any vehicle for that year - car, truck, bus, heavy equipment, etc. - will use R134a.
It is R134a. Ford started the conversion in 1994 but not all Fords were using R134a that year. By 1996 all were using it. Look for a sticker on the A/C unit which lists the correct refrigerant. If you have R12 have it converted to R134a.
