This is a hard question because there are positive notes: New York City is not dial up, however, places like Hurly West Va can not even start to have dail up untill they can afford computers or decent housing.
I think it would all depend on what you are looking for. Do you want cable, dsl, or dialup. Most of the time people go with internet from there phone or cable provider. There are different plans with different speeds depending on your needs.
Information is never really stored online, although it can be stored on the hard disk of a server that is available online at all times. Some companies make servers available online to store data occasionally for free or trial, and often with an upgraded payment option.
i think so
You can but only to download the netzero software. The answer above is what netzero wants you to think. It can be done. Set up a dialup internet connection and name it netzero1 and follow the instructions in the following link. http://untweb.tripod.com/nzcode.htm

Linux has already surpassed all other operating systems for web servers. The growth rate for new servers is slowing, but it is still ahead of Windows servers.
I don't think you can. All I know is that for ages 13-17 they have there own servers, as like the 18 and up.
I don't think it is ILLEGAL to play Private Servers. However, to own a Private Server is illegal.
i don't know for sure but this is my theory. i think that dial up has to be connected straight to the computer to make the connection directly. if it was wireless the strength of the signal would drop.
