Most likely made at the turn of the century. Hang it on a wall and enjoy it.
With the serial number that you provided, your Ithaca double barrel shotgun with the damascus barrels was produced in the year 1900.
It depends on the grade, hammer or hammerless, damascus, condition of case colors and wood and blueing, etc. Also a bunch of other factors like engraving, length of barrels, how they are choked.I just put $1600 in a 1889 G grade hammer with damascus in good shape...Mike

Those early Belgian guns are generally considered wall hangers. Most have a form of twisted-wire barrel construction. If yours is actually 'Fine Damascus' and not actually laminated steel, and if the engraving is better than typical it might bring $200-$300. If it is the standard JABC (just another Belgian clunker) it will top out at $150 as a mantel decoration.

Seems to me could be 1850`s
1829 to 1869
Based on the information given I would guess this is a "plain jane" model without much, if any, engraving (most higher grades were marked "The A.J. Aubrey"). The fact that it has steel barrels is a double edged sword, shooters want steel but don't want to pay much and collectors, who tend to pay more, want Damascus. All that said, current asking prices on the various online auctions for plain Meriden 12 gauge guns in shootable condition seems to be between $350.00 and $500.00, the higher grade (more engraving, Damascus or Twist barrels and nicer wood) can run as high as $1500.00 to $2000.00. Hope this helps.
About $100 or so. The damascus/twist steel barrels are generally considered unsafe to shoot with modern ammunition.
A Damascus twist steel double barrel shotgun is an antique shotgun made by layering iron and steel and welding them together. This kind of shotgun is worth approximately $3,000 depending on the condition of the weapon.
Royal Damascus was a mark used by Ancien Etablisment Pieper of Herstal, Belgium, c. 1890-1914. T Barker is usually dismissed as "just another Belgian clunker", but with a silver escution and engraving, yours is probably better than the average utility shotgun from the period. I have heard that T Barker was a hardware outlet in California, but have no proof of that.
