depending on condition $150 - $250
If you know the brand, or who made your Navy arms co revolver, they would be able to tell you what year it is. There isn't anything on the internet with serial number 13490. You may also be able to take it to a gun shop and they may be able to tell you.
25-200 USD or so
what is the serial number ????
With that serial number it sounds like a spanish import, CVA, Sile NY, BPI, Navy Arms, Cabela's to name a few, have all at some point imported a Hawken that would fit that description, Though it is more likely a CVA or Navy Arms with the 86 prefix.

You can contact info@navyarms.com, but they will need some additional information- since there were more than a dozen DIFFERENT .44 caliber revolvers sold by Navy Arms. Most were made by Uberti or Pieta, and date from the 1980s and 90s.
if your '51 navy is original (not repro) and no '0' in front of serial number, then made about 1853.................................. i have a 1851 also serial number 56870 could you tell me mine.at cortez@wildblue.net
frame.
Navy Arms imported Pietta guns under there name and depending on the model: if it is a 1860 Colt replica then it would be 1992. If it is a 1858 Remington new army replica then it would be 1998. Other than that I have no record that meshes with your serial number for Navy Arms. You can contact them via there website and they may be of further help.
