Voyager 2 is the only space craft that has studied Neptune, other than The Hubble Space Telescope
Hubble has never "explored" Neptune. It is a telescope in orbit round Earth and from Earth it has "imaged" Neptune. It has done this several times eg 1996 and 1998 (there may be more times!).

The Hubble space Telescope
Neptune was discovered in 1846. Pluto was discovered in 1930 Hubble launched in 1990.
2005
1) The Voyager 2 spacecraft in 1989. 2) The Hubble Space telescope. 3) Earth based methods, especially spectroscopy.
Never. The Hubble telescope has never left orbit around Earth.
Only one space mission has ever flown by Neptune, the Voyager 2. Launched in 1973, actually sixteen days before the Voyager 1, the probe passed by Jupiter, Saturn, and Uranus, finally reaching Neptune twelve years after its launch. Despite a problem with its radio system, Voyager 2was a very successful launch. All of its experiments acquired useful and interesting information; no equipment malfunctioned. Some of the most important Neptunian discoveries of Voyager 2 are:Neptune's highly inclined magnetosphereSix satellites (moons)Auroral zonesTwo new rings circling the planetStorms were discovered, particularly the Great Dark Spot
The HST never has got to Neptune. It always orbited Earth at 569 km above the surface. You confuse HST with the Voyager spacecraft. Voyager 2 had the closest approach to Neptune on Aug. 25, 1989.
The Hubble Space Telescope was named after Edwin Hubble.
