mercedes was the first car manufacterer ever back in 1882 i think it was, there first car was a single cylinder, 780 something cc, top speed of a whopping 11 miles an hour. there is a nice video on you tube of ho a car manufacturer called daimler, united with mercedes, and became dimaler benz. take a look at that video its very neat. Also an interesting fact is thee mercedes benz is the most expensive car ever bough or sold at an auction, with the top selling/bidding price of over 9 million. theres also a video i think of that,
