Some theologins believe that there is mention of UFOs in the Bible. I don't know the chapters and verses but if you know where to look they can be found. Before the Old Testament, I'm not sure but possibly the ancient Egyptians wrote about visitors from the sky.
Define "UFO", and we'll talk.
Actually, one of the earliest references to flying objects is in The Bible in the Book of Ezekiel, where it discusses a 'flaming wheel" in the sky.
There are reports in the 1840's of things that look remarkably like airships or zeppelins.
In modern times, WWII fighter pilots occasionally reported "foo fighters"; things in the sky that were unrecognizable and uncatchable. In 1944 in a P-51 Mustang, NOTHING was uncatchable, but these were.
The important thing about unidentified flying objects is that they are UNIDENTIFIED; they are unknowns. They are FAR more likely to be illusions or hallucinations than alien spacecraft, and I guarantee that more of them come from whiskey bottles than from Mars.

Betty and Barney Hill Betty And Barney Hill UFO Abduction Story Commemorated On Official N.H. Highway Plaque The new historical marker erected by the state of N.H. commemorates the Betty and Barney Hill 1961 UFO encounter, which was the very first alien abduction report in the United States.
UFO sightings predate recorded history. But there have been drawings of UFO's on cave walls, meaning our ancient ancestors were seeing something in the sky that resembles eyewitness descriptions of UFO's.
