I believe this is the same shotgun I received for my 16th birthday in 1979. It has Ted Williams name on it, sold by Sears, it is a semi-auto with a variable choke built into the end of the barrell. It actually is a Winchester 1300 accordingly to Numrich gun parts.
I received one for Christmas in 1979. I would have to believe a few years either way earlier or later it was manufactured. also If you cross reference it , it actually is a Winchester semi-auto shotgun.
