First your Ithaca 20 gauge model 37 was made in 1969 and for the guy with the 371377097 your gun was made in 1974 I have model 37 serial 371473XXX and it was made in 1975.I have a Ithaca featherlight serial no 371377097 and it was built in the mid 60s. I found it on the Ithaca web site a few years ago, when there still was a web site. But have never found anywhere else to find out. I can't remember what part of the number said what 3 or 4 year range it was built, but I do remember that the numbers were in order from lower to higher in regards to older to newer.
Depends on the model and condition. An Ithaca Mdl 37 Featherlight in 16 g in excellent condition is $500-$600 at retail.
Do you mean a camo finish? Ithaca made a waterfowl pump gun with a green camo finish. They have been available recently for about $395 on www.gunbroker.com.

Most all the Ithaca Pump model 37 were Engraved with 3 ducks and on the other side Pointer Flushing out 2 pheasants. It a common engraving we all see on Ithaca but you have an 1937 model like I do ,I have one as well with a serial number 2493, believe me they are worth keeping because that was the 1st year Ithaca made the Model 37 they only produced 3,500 shotgun in 1937
