There really isn't much demand for speed parts for the Suzuki 3-cylinder in the Sprint (and later, the Geo Metro), therefore nothing is available. There was a turbocharged version of the Sprint available, although it was very rare when new and is even more so now.
Chevy 4 cylinder engines and Chevy marine 4 cyl engines typically found in Bayliners, etc.

Adapter kits are readily available to install Chevy small-block v-8 engines in Jeeps, but nearly anything can be made to fit if you're willing to fabricate the necessary mounts and transmission adaptors.
