That's an extremely broad question! Dimes and quarters have been made since the 1790s and nickels since 1866, plus they've been struck at five different mints so there's a huge number of possible date and mint mark combinations.
A simple summary would be:
> Dimes and quarters dated 1964 or earlier
> Nickels dated 1942 to 1945 with a large mint mark on the back (the ONLY years for silver nickels)
That said, valuable coins rarely turn up in circulation anymore. You may find one if it was accidentally spent or otherwise "slipped out", so it doesn't hurt to keep looking but it only happens very occasionally.
Even if you do find an old coin in change or inherit a collection there are enormous variations in price from year to year and from one mint mark to another within a given year. There are many books and online guides that can help you determine whether a particular coin is really valuable, or simply old. This site has thousands of such questions posted. Look for ones in the form "What is the value of a <date> US <coin-name>?"; for example, "What is the value of a 1948 US quarter?"

It would all depend on the mix. If you had 180 pounds of pennies and the other 10 pounds were nickels, dimes and quarters that would be worth a lot LESS THAN if you had 180 pounds of quarters and the other 10 pounds were pennies, nickels and dimes.

Most of them are still worth face value. Unlike dimes and quarters, nickels didn't change metal content in 1964, so older specimens still commonly turn up in circulation.
A roll of dimes is worth $5.00. A roll of quarters is worth $10.00. Roll of nickels is $2.00 and roll of pennies is $0.50. Hope this helps. (:

The value of the coins is going to be highly dependent upon the ratio of coins. In general: Dimes, quarters and half dollars are roughly $20/lb Nickels are $5/lb And there are 181 pennies to a pound ($1.81) So we're talking any where from $1600 to $150.
