In 1945, Saudi Arabia abandoned its support of the Axis powers and sided with the Allies. 2 years prior, the Allies have established dominance in the Mediterranean Sea, President Roosevelt declared the defense of Saudi Arabia of great importance (because of the oil).

In terms of years, Saudi Arabia was neutral until 1945- so the answer is not even 1.
