Kinetic energy is the energy produced when an object is in motion, When applying a potential energy to an object (REMEMBER THAT POTENTIAL ENERGY IS THE STORED ENERGY FOLLOWED BY AN ACTION) and when the object is released to gain motion it has now a kinetic energy.

For example:

If a Newton ball from a newton's cradle is taken back and released that potential (BY MOVING IT BACKWARDS) Is transformed into kinetic energy when in motion.

Kinetic energy is measured in Ns and the formula is Ek= 1/2mV2.

Energy of moving particles is called what?

Energy in motion is called kinetic energy.

What is kinetic energy know as?

movement

What is kintic energy?

I don't know. But kinetic energy is energy of motion.

What is the kinetic energy of the emitted electrons when the cesium is exposed to UV rays of frequency 1.1times 1015Hz?

Before you can do anything with kinetic energy, you must know the kinetic energy equation. The equation for kinetic energy KE=hv-hv0.

How do you know that all matter around you posses kinetic energy?

That depends on the exact definitions used. Matter has kinetic energy if it moves. Matter that doesn't move does NOT have kinetic energy. However, any matter has heat energy, which is a type of kinetic energy... kinetic energy at the level of individual atoms or molecules.

What is kinetic energy how is it measured?

I don't know how it is measured but i do know that it is basically movement energy. So if you waved your arm in the air right now, you have 'created' kinetic energy. hope this helps!

Which type of energy is associated with the random motion of the particle in a sample of gas?

Randomly moving particles in a gas are experiencing kinetic energy. The kinetic energy of individual atoms, when they are randomly moving in their equilibrium position, is an example of disordered energy. Hope that hlps. :)Also average kinetic energy is also know as TEMPERATURE or thermal energy :)

Energy an object has due to its motion?

kinetic energyThe energy of motion is kinetic energy.

A 1009.6 kilogram car has 3040.7 jules of kinetic energy how fast is it traveling?

Use the formula for kinetic energy: KE = (1/2)mv2. Replace the numbers you know (mass, and kinetic energy), and solve.

Kinetic energy is the energy of?

Motion.
