Who created the Dragon Balls in Dragon Ball Z Kai?
When Piccolo/Kami came to earth after the terrible plague on namek he created the black star dragonballs( which you will only see and hear on dragonballgt but after suffering the witness of world wars the evil inside him prevented him from becoming guardian of the earth. so he split the himself from the evil and two nameks came into existence-Kami and King Piccolo-and the black star balls turned to stone. Kami then created new dragonballs which were less powerful than the black star dragonballs. King piccolo was defeated by goku and he spit an egg out which would become King Piccolo's son-Piccolo. during the fighting between the androids piccolo and kami re-fused to become more powerful and the black star dragonballs reactivated the red star dragonballs turned to stone until dende took control of them. Guru was most likely the one who created the super dragonballs but could have been passed down to him just like when he passed them down to Elder Moori. By the way, If you are still watching dbz Kai, stop because all that is junk, just watch regular dbz and you will enjoy it more. Three things: One: In Broly the legendary super saiyan the lanterns have Japanese words on them meaning dbz is based on Asia. Two: Goku and some other characters do stances simalar to karate and martial arts. {these stances are martial arts] Three: DBZ is made first in Japan and japan is a country in Asia. Some DBZ characters are Saiyans and other species. So how can they be asian? Some members from the Red Ribbon Army has nationalities. Some random humans in the Dragon Ball series [DB, DBZ, DB GT] might have some nationalities. It is unkown if some of the Z-fighters have nationalities. [Goku, Gohan, Piccolo and some other Saiyans and Nameks don't have nationalities, Maybe some half-human sayians] Some Character's voice actors have an accent that makes them nationalities. [Aliens are counted too!] You could tell Some Charcters and Random Humans have nationalities by thier appearance and tone of voice. In the Dragon Ball universe, Fusion is the process of merging two separate beings into one, combining their attributes, from strength and speed to reflexes, intelligence and wisdom. When properly fused, the single being created has an astounding level of power, far beyond what either fusees would have had individually. So far, it has been shown that there are at least three different ways to fuse.Namekian varietyFirst seen performed by Piccolo and Nail on the planet Namek, the Namekian version of fusion has two Namekians fusing into one body. In this variety of fusion, one of the Namekian bodies must play host to house the other's powers into his. The host places his hand upon his partner's chest and his partner concentrates his energy (or ki). The end result is blue flames engulfing the non-host and his body disappearing. The largest difference with this type is that once fused, it cannot be undone, not even by methods that can undo Potara fusions (such as being absorbed into Majin Buu's body, evidenced by the fact that Piccolo was found in Buu's body, but not Nail or Kami) Another difference is that both the host and his partner have separate consciences, where the host has control of the body while the partner just watches from inside the body, though they are capable of talking with the host's consent. It is also possible to merge with more than two Nameks, though it seems the non-host ceases to exist as a body, seeing as how the Dragon Balls turned to stone when Kami and Piccolo merged.Fusion DanceA dance developed by an alien species called the Metamory which Goku learned in the Other World. It was first introduced when the threat of Majin Buu emerged. The dance results in a completely new merged being with characteristics from both mergers.
