That is precisely the reason why you don't want to meet some English people. Typically arrogance and stupidity. Now you know why the Irish and the Scots canny stand them.

Being Scottish I'm tempted to say Scotland but it is a matter of opinion or checking tourist reviews to see what people outside the UK think since British people WILL be biased.

FYI Wales is Another Country in the UK so you probably should have included that in the question.
