You may need a business license, and depending on the passenger count of this 'van' you may need special licensing (CDL) to operate such a vehicle on public roadways. so whats your question???you can register a car in any state as long as you have a current and valid drivers license, the two dont have to be from the same state. for a while i had a NV DL, with my car registered in AZ, i even had the insurance on the can in NV. so i know is possible.

In most municipalities, a Kennel by definition, boards and/or breeds domestic pets. A Kennel license as well as By-law compliance is required from the municipality to provide this service. In Ontario, Canada, there is no such thing as a "non-commercial" kennel. UNLESS, it is operating illegally...
