A basic phone has all the tradition features you would expect from a mobile phone, these include: calling, texting and often basic photos. A smart phone offers all of these and 'applications'. These include more high tech games and most notably internet capabilities. This means the user can access their emails, search for things online, do their banking, and thousands of other options using their mobile!
