the best way to lose weight for a 15-year old is to eat good.Not eating at night maybe one day a month ,like a frut,something like that.Doing exsercise will help alot,and trying to have your last meal like at 6.

You will learn moves when season starts. But you will need to condition your self... Run ALOT, do many calisthenics and don't try to cut a lot of weight. instead get your self to a healthy weight according to your BMI (body mass index)

Yes it is normal. My nephew gains alot of weight before he starts a growth spurt. He is over 6 feet tall now.
u dont have too be any amount of weight before ur period it can happen when ur even 7 or u could get it when ur 50 who knows
