You cant just say this it completely conflicts with almost every other related topic on this site e.g. should you ask a girl out? Definately the worst she could do is say no. I mean if you think ye are both mature enough to have a good work relationship even if your private life doesnt work out then is there really anything to loose?

First you have to know she at least likes you a bit more than a friend so you dont get friend zoned two get her something nice flowers love notes and/or chocolate make sure she is not allergic to any before you get her it. third Make a cute comment about what she is wearing then when you two are alone Make your move !
