When you "gain muscle" you need protein but not too much because you will be over weight if you have to much,but food has a lot to do with it Example:A good Breakfast should be healthy grains and fruit but also not to much and not to little.

Lunch protein a great wheat lettuce ,tomato and meat you enjoy except i don't agree on ham .Dinner something the average of for the whole meal 700 calories.

Desert is ok but not everyday ,so maybe once a week.Now we are getting down to between those times "Work"if you have to go to work you could either go on a mile run in the mornings.If you want to get out when it's cold then do so in mornings or late nights.If you want to sweat,hot days!Weights are good as well ,if you want to do that then 30 minutes should do.If you have animals then mess around with them a bit ,but five to ten minutes isn't going to do.Sleep is awesome.I just love it because it makes me want to do more and if you have less sleep then 8 hours because of a job you have to do ,naps should help.
