If you mean a new BMW Mini, I'm not sure I'm afraid.

However, in a classic mini, the companies that made them between 1959 and 2000 never used an size above 1275cc.

But to be honest, the engines can be rebored and modified to be 1380, 1440 and 1460, not to mention the fact that classic Minis have had V8s, VTECs and even single or twin motorbike engines fitted. In a classic Mini, there's almost no limit to the engine size.
