Well you can't be in love with this girl if you don't know her so get to know her ask her to be your friend buy her candy and act sweet around then when her b-day or valentines day roles around ask her out but looks has nothing to do with that if she is a kind and gentle hearted person then she'll be looking at your heart not your body.
