Shops use a freon recovery system that contains the freon while the system gets worked on. The system has to be cleaned and vaccumed properly to remove trash and moisture or it will fail again or even not function properly.
To change the compressor on a system containing R-410A you must isolate the compressor then?
The refrigeration system used in air conditioners with rotary compressor, the discharged gas is entered firstly into the doom of the compressor, while the system used with reciprocating and other compressors, it is admitted into the discharge tube. and are suction cooled. Why in rotary systems, the discharge refrigerant directly admit into the doom first.
Discharge system , Remove a/c clutch coil wire , discconect manifold lines , unbolt compressor , remove accumalator , remove orfice tube , flush system , replace componets removed ( Most retailers require changing the accumaltor and orfice tube to have a warranty on the commpressor ) , recharge system , leak test system.
The system is very dirty from the first compressor that went out....... If you just replaced the a/c compressor without changing the expansion tube, the accumulator and flushing out the complete system then it will never work correctly......
Dead short in system Try disconnecting: Wiring to compressor Wiring to blower motor to try to isolate where problem is
Surge Limit is the Minimum Flow Point ( in the compressor characteristic curve ) below which the compressor operation become instable. If the flow-rate is reduced, the pressure developed by the compressor decreases. Then, the pressure in the discharge line becomes greater , and the gas flow back into the compressor. As soon as the pressure in the discharge line drops to below that developed by the compressor, the gas again flows in the discharge line. Then, the cycle repeats. The oscillating pressure and flow rate will cause audible vibrations and shocks, and could damage the compressor blades, seals, and other components. Therefore, the compressor requires an antisurge control system to limit the flow rate at a minimum point, safely away from the surge limit.
Commonly referred to as the heart of the system, the compressor is a belt driven pump that is fastened to the engine. It is responsible for compressing and transferring refrigerant gas. The a/c system is split into two sides, a high pressure side and a low pressure side; defined as discharge and suction. Since the compressor is basically a pump, it must have a intake side and a discharge side. The intake, or suction side, draws in refrigerant gas from the outlet of the evaporator. In some cases it does this via the accumulator.
It you are talking about the lower bolts then you need to remove the drive belt and the top compressor bolts and slightly move the compressor to the side and then tighten up the lower bolts and remember that you do not need to discharge the a/c system................
Mechanical control system for an compressor?
Isolate planets of the solar system and explain their unique characteristics.
what is the responsibility of the compressor in the air condition system
Filter prevents entry of moisture from discharge of compressor to a machine system such as printing press. Regulator maintains set pressure of the system and Lubricator supplies oil mist through dry air to various points of the machine system.
