Ezekiel turned the bones into flesh. It sounds impossible but may be possible for him by his strong powers.
No.
Ezekiel chap 37 has two main divisions The Vision of the Valley of Dry Bones (37:1-14) The Reunification of Israel and Judah (37:15-28) In the first section 37:1-8 Ezekiel saw the dry bones of Israel and Judah in a valley. He was ordered to prophesy to the bones that they would come to life. The first time he spoke the Word of God, the sinews, flesh and skin came upon the bones. The second time he prophesied to the wind or breath, and the breath came into the bodies. This pictured the national restoration of Israel. This could be a picture the regeneration of any unbeliever. There must be the word of the Lord (v. 4) and the Spirit (breath) of God (v. 9). Not so easy to get an application from the second section.
Yes. In Ezekiel 37, there is a valley of dry bones which God commands Ezekiel to prophesy to, and first the bodies are regenerated, and then God commands that life be breathed into them. In verse 10 it says "So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army."
the prophet, Ezekiel saw the vision. God sent Ezekiel the vision.

Psalms 34:20 He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.
Ezekiel 37
Ezekiel was told to "prophecy over them". We're not sure what that consisted of, but it must have been powerful.
That is the subject of one of the chapters in Ezekiel (ch.37).
The children of Israel took the bones of Joseph with them when they left Egypt. Joseph had requested his descendants to carry his bones out of Egypt and bury them in the promised land.
