When I have my GPS plugged into any of the 3 cigar aux it is always on or charging Is there a way to have it turn off or cut power when I turn the car off without constantly unplugging it?

thats not really a good recomendation to give,unplugging the battery while the engine is running can cause internal damage to the altenator.its easier testing it with a voltage meter and check the alt and batt indiviually without any unplugging if it reads anywhere between 14.2 to 14.9 ur fine.hope this sounds better and safer... one way to check is while the car is started unhook the battery if the car stay started its not the altenator
