When I press Ctrl plus Alt plus Shift plus 1 2 3 4 or 5 PowerDVD DX starts so right-clicked on the icon and made sure that no keyboard shortcuts were defined so why does it do this?

CyberLink PowerCinema Resident Program
The CyberLink PowerCinema Resident Program runs on your computer at all times by default. The program name is PDVD*.exe. Replace "*" with the version of PowerDVD you are running. In your case the program would be PDVDDX.exe.
You can remove this program from your Startup Items using regedit.
1) Open the Start Orb/Menu. In the search box or by clicking "run" type: regedit Then press enter.
2) Navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
3) Locate PDVDDX.exe then right-click and choose delete.
4) Close regedit and restart. You can optionally open task manager and kill the PDVDDX.exe process instead of restarting.
